The name RESURGIX was inspired by the word “resurge” — meaning to rise again, come back stronger, and move forward through adversity. That meaning became deeply personal to me after facing one of the biggest challenges of my life.
At 44 years old, I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer — something that unfortunately seems to be affecting more and more younger adults today. After going through surgery, chemotherapy, and completing treatment, I was fortunate that my scans came back clear, and I entered the monitoring phase of my journey.
That experience reshaped how I think about resilience and long-term health. Professionally, it sparked a deeper interest in the scientific literature around emerging research compounds and the questions researchers are exploring in laboratory settings.
That intellectual curiosity — not my own treatment or recovery — is what ultimately led to the creation of RESURGIX, a company built to supply research-grade compounds for laboratory and analytical use.
Our slogan — “Research. Recover. Rise.” — reflects not only the vision behind the brand, but also my personal journey. To me, it represents the drive to keep learning, continue growing, overcome challenges, and move forward stronger than before.
